There are times when we forget to treat and understand ourselves with love. When times get hard it’s difficult to give as much of you to yourself as you give to others. There's a lot of art and music that were exclusively created for people to help them go through tough times. Having in mind that you are never alone and that no matter what, you will always have yourself, the purpose of this type of art is to give yourself a sense of lively feeling.
The importance of accepting yourself, learning your worth, and growing a great self-loving relationship is vital; especially in a world where everyone judges. Therefore, understanding and not being too harsh on yourself is a great starting point.
Self-understanding is one of the most important things we need, and what better way to develop it than through music. The following list of songs contains different feelings; anger, happiness, loneliness, tiredness, thankfulness, appreciation and most importantly, love. Laugh, smile, cry or feel good with whatever situation you are in right now. These songs were selected as an answer to being on a constant look for understanding one’s feelings and sometimes lack of self-attention and time. The idea is that you listen to them and relate the lyrics with yourself, creating a better connection between you and your feelings.
