Easy Snacks for when you are craving candy

I know there is always a moment of the day when the only thing we want to do is eat candy. We want sugar and there is just nothing to eat, but don't worry I got you. Today I am going to give you some easy and fast recipes for when you are craving candy. These are recipes that don't require an oven or any complex ingredient, they are easy to make and all the things you´ll need are already at your house. So, let's get started!


  1. Mug Cake: 

Ingredients:

  • 4 cookies of your choice (for example oreo)

  • 1/4 cup of milk

  • 1 tbsp of sugar

  • 1 tbsp of flour

  • ½ tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder 


Steps:

The first step is to put the four cookies of your choice on a mug and add the ¼ of milk. Now you are going to smash the cookies until they are combined with the milk. Next, add all the other dry ingredients, ( 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of flour,  ½ tsp of baking powder and 1 tsp of cocoa powder). Microwave the mixture for 1 minute and enjoy!!!

  1. Banana Sandwiches 

Ingredients:

  • Banana

  • Peanut butter

  • Chia seeds 


Steps: 

Start off by peeling your banana, and then cut it in three pieces (slice each piece through the middle horizontally). Now, spread peanut butter through the banana, sprinkle it with the chia seeds, and you are done!!!


  1. Peanut butter oats balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of oats

  • 1 cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut (optional)

  • 1 cup of peanut butter

  • 2 tsp of pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • ¼ cup of 100% pure maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil


Steps: 

First, you place all the ingredients ( 2 cups of oats, 1 cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut (optional), 1 cup of peanut butter, 2 tsp of pure vanilla extract, 1 tsp of cinnamon, ¼ cup of  100% pure maple syrup and 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil) together on a bowl and mix them together. After you have all the ingredients combined, take your hands and create little balls with the mixture. Lastly, place them on a plate and leave them for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. Enjoy!!!


  1. Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp of almond flour 

  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp of milk

  • Chocolate chips


Steps: 

This is an easy recipe because the only thing you need to do is add all the ingredients ( 4 tbsp of almond flour, 2 tbsp of maple syrup, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 tbsp of milk ) in a container and mix them. After they are completely combined, you can add some chocolate chips on top and they’re ready to eat!!!


  1. Apple Treats

Ingredients:

  • Apple

  • Peanut Butter

  • Almonds


Steps: 

Start by cutting your apples in slices, making sure you take the center part of them. Next, you are going to add the peanut butter on the apples. As a final touch, you can break in little pieces some almonds and sprinkle them on top. Bon appétit!!!
